How do I determine what firmware version is currently in a WPIM or WAPM?
When each WPIM or WAPM powers up, the installed firmware version is indicated by blinking LEDs on the WPIM or WAPM. Refer to the "wireless Access System Configuring and Operating" manual for details.

How do I update the firmware in a WPIM or WAPM?
All WPIMs and WAPMs store their firmware in flash program memory. All WPIM's and WAPM's have programming connectors for programming their flash program memory.
Third party programmers are available from several suppliers. Unique programming cables, one for the WPIMs and one for the WAPMs, are available from Schlage Wireless Access.
The most current firmware for each product can be obtained by contacting Schlage Wireless Access.
